TRAPPING

Alabama Hog Control (AHC) is a great source for hog trapping supplies and equipment. Employing the JAGER PRO M.I.N.E. Trapping System (Manually Initiated Nuisance Elimination), AHC has the most effective and efficient equipment available to assist landowners in removing large amounts of wild hogs. It is the goal of each trap to capture the entire sounder at one time. This has been proven to be the most effective method of reducing hog numbers on a property.

These traps come in two models. The Flex panel setup utilizes a large corral trap and are constructed using six 16-60 trap panels, t-posts, and an automatic feeder and an eight feet wide M.I.N.E. gate that is closed by a remote control device. The RIGID panel setup is the same except it utilizes twelve panels attached with rebar rods. This trap is much faster to setup and breakdown. There is also a camera on each feeder to record the activity and identify the size and makeup of the sounder. The feeder is set to scatter food at the same time each day. Jager Pro now has Verizon and AT&T MINE cameras.
